The Millerighe of Pastificio Di Martino are made exclusively with high quality Italian durum wheat. This long, striped pasta is perfect for creating rich, flavoursome dishes, thanks to its robust, full-bodied texture.
The Millerighe shape is the classic one for stripes, with a length of about 5-6 cm and a diameter of 1.5-2 mm. The standard package contains 500g of pasta, ideal for a family of four.
Among the most popular recipes that can be prepared with Millerighe, we find the classic pasta with tomato sauce, perhaps enriched with minced meat or sausage. This pasta also goes perfectly with vegetable-based sauces, such as aubergines, peppers and courgettes.
