Our Projects
We have always been involved with our partners in projects and activities aimed at restoring value to the community
With Slow Food
We regularly participate in Slow Food events and initiatives, including
the food collection in response to the Covid-19 emergency,
the Salone del Gusto, Cheese and Slow Fish
Parabere Forum
Since 2015 we have been a sponsor of Parabere, an independent, international, non-profit forum showcasing women's opinions and voices on key food issues. Parabere's commitment is to improve the world of gastronomy, food, nutrition and agriculture, involving and enhancing female representatives of various sectors, including the academic and entrepreneurial world. By sharing the experience and expertise of women of all ages and geographical origins, the forum provides space for practical and innovative discussions on how to overcome current barriers and create new horizons and opportunities
Food for Soul
Food for Soul is a cultural project founded by starred chef Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore to promote awareness of food waste and fight world hunger. Since 2015 we have supported this project with financial support and the donation of products for the Refettorios, spaces located around the world where tasty and nutritious meals are prepared from Monday to Friday for less well-off people. Furthermore, with a special project launched in October 2021, a portion of the proceeds from the pasta sold by the Pastificio will be donated to Food for Soul
Mrs. Tina
Since 2012 we have supported Mrs. Tina and her Neapolitan cooking school, free and without borders, by providing pasta and complementary products. Every Tuesday, in the Quartieri Spagnoli of Naples, the fruit and vegetable shop of Mrs. Tina and her husband Angelo is transformed into a cooking, embroidery and sewing school. The courses are attended mainly by young people and foreign children of different origins and faiths, promoting integration between foreign communities and historic Neapolitan families, donating her time, her energy and her fruit and vegetables to those who, together with her, are committed to create delicious traditional Neapolitan recipes, in religious observance of the respective food taboos. A plate of pasta, as Tina claims, shortens the distances between cultures and brings everyone together!
