Orecchiette with shrimp and spinach

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 350 g Orecchiette
  • 300 g Clean prawns
  • 1 Kg Cooked spinach
  • 125 cl White wine
  • 250 g Heavy cream
  • to taste EVO oil
  • to taste Salt

Preparation

  1. Let's start preparing this delicious recipe with a nice stir-fry of prawns, but not before having washed and cleaned them. In a large saucepan, brown the prawns in plenty of oil to make them crispy. Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
  2. Then add the spinach, previously boiled and cut into small pieces, and mix. Pour in the cream and season with salt, cook over low heat for a few minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the Orecchiette in plenty of boiling salted water, drain them al dente and pour them into the sauce.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well to blend the flavors and serve the Orecchiette with prawns and spinach after a few minutes of creaming.
