Ingredients for 4 people
- 380 g Organic Penne Mezzani Rigate
- 500 g Piennolo cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cloves garlic
- to taste Fresh basil
- to taste EVO oil
- to taste Salt
Preparation
- Start by browning the garlic in the oil in a pan. Wash and mash the cherry tomatoes with your hands directly in the pan, then adjust the salt to taste. Cover with a lid and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally.
- In the meantime, cook the BIO Penne Mezzani Rigate in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and add them to the sauce to mix all the ingredients well.
Turn it off and you're done! Garnish with plenty of fresh basil and serve hot. It will be a real treat.
